Overview

A fitness and nutrition app designed for individuals who want to independently and effectively manage their personal transformation. The platform brings together physical, nutritional, and training data in one clear, smart, and intuitive interface — creating a consistent daily experience tailored to the user’s progress and needs.

Problem

Many individuals lack a single, organized space to track their fitness journey. Progress is often scattered across apps, spreadsheets, or trainer messages making it hard to maintain consistency or see the full picture. There’s no clear daily overview that shows where they stand, what’s working, or how they’re improving.

Solution

Solution

The app centralizes the user’s entire fitness journey in one place with daily graphs, physical metrics, meal tracking, a personal workout plan, and professional content. A built in AI chat provides instant guidance, helping users stay on track with a clear, efficient, and personalized experience.

User Research

I conducted interviews with individuals training independently or remotely. The goal was to understand the day-to-day challenges they face with consistency, tracking, and staying on course. Issues such as fragmented data across apps, unclear progress, and lack of personalized support between sessions came up frequently.

Competitor Analysis

I analyzed platforms like MyFitnessPal, Strong, and Trainerize. Some focus solely on nutrition, others on workouts, but most don’t offer a complete experience in one place. User experience is often cluttered, not personalized, and interaction with the content is limited or passive.

Design Inspiration

I was inspired by platforms that balance depth with simplicity such as Centered, Headspace, and Whoop. The goal was to create a focused interface that presents data clearly and supportively, guiding the user intelligently without overwhelming them.

Usability Testing

After creating a basic prototype, I tested navigation, understanding of progress graphs, and engagement with daily tracking inputs. Users requested greater clarity, shortcuts for frequent actions, and less visual overload on primary screens. Based on the feedback, I adjusted the UI, simplified labels, and refined task flows.

Key Insights

  • Users need a simple and clear daily experience that shows real time progress without overwhelming them


  • Centralizing training, nutrition, and physical tracking in one system increases control and self-awareness

  • Users avoid inputting data when it feels like effort every action must be quick, intuitive, and low friction

  • Access to supportive content (like articles and recipes) strengthens engagement even without live coaching

  • There's real interest in AI support, but only when it feels personal, relevant, and easy to understand

This research inspired me to create a streamlined platform that empowers users to track progress, stay engaged, and receive smart guidance throughout their fitness and nutrition journey.all client interactions.

Each meal includes detailed nutritional values and optional substitutes to encourage variety with clear breakdowns of proteins, carbs, fats, and vegetables. After marking a meal as completed, calorie counts update instantly, including a live view of remaining free calories.
